This is a full featured abacus that will ease your life while playing "Civilization: The Boardgame".

With this Excel spreadsheet you can keep track of cities, trading, production, victory points, bonuses, improvements, technologies, wonders and many more things with the minimum effort, during the entire game play.

Below there are some screenshots to show you what you can do with it and it looks like.

Major features include:

- Supports every aspect of the original game (advanced rules).
- Supports many variants like Government Rules, CHR and ideas taken from many different house rules made by other people.
- Can track game progress with colored graphs to show each player respective power, gold, military, culture, VP, etc.
- Automatically assigns wonders, technologies and bonuses with just a click.
- Save game feature: a way to split a play in two or more sessions when it takes too long to end.
- Customized game setup lets play the game as you like more.
- Automatic reference tables for purchase, diplomatic status, espionage, ME, etc will ease the most complex parts of the game.

Setup sheet

Fill in player names, select/adjust variants parameters and you are ready to start!

Turns sheet

Just click on NEXT TURN button and game statistics will be collected to produce exciting game graphs! Graphs are also useful to highlight some aspects of each civilization that are not self evident during game play.

Players' sheets

This is the main screen to manage and get an overview of each player status, settlements, gold for production phase, victory points, etc.

Statistics sheets

These are just 4 out of 10 statistics sheets to show each player status regarding each game "index".
From top left to bottom right: power, gold, military and settlements.

You also have graphs for: happiness quality/ratio, victory points, culture, monopolies and technologies.

Technologies sheet

Select the player name to assign him a technology.
Available technologies are shown in gray, white technologies are still not available. Available governments types will be also displayed.

ABAkUS usage example

Just put your laptop on the side of the board and give a player the task to update it.

Purchase sheet

If you are into variants (CHR for example) you can use this handy sheet to see prices on a per player basis.

Board & Player Save sheet

If the game is taking too long to end and you have to get out of the table (ie. your mom/wife is complaining with you like: "Hey, won't you leave the table this way until the next week, isn't it?) you can split it in two sessions or more by saving the board status into this sheet. Resume the game later placing each chit or unit in the correct region just referring to this sheet from the first row onwards.

CHR Diplomatic sheet

Keep track of war weariness and diplomatic status between each player. Do not discuss anymore with someone that forgets the fact that you are an enemy when he tries to "cultural influence" your settlements!

CHR Cultural influence sheet

Cultural influence calculations are not so difficult if using this tool: you can try to influence someone just with few clicks.

CHR Prospection sheet

View the probability to prospect any type of resource. You now have the answer to the typical question: how many plagues are still left in the bag?

CHR spies sheet

If spies calculations seems too difficult, don't worry!
With this sheet you can simulate how many chances you have to avoid being exposed while moving and view the probability to complete missions with success.

CHR Military Experience

If you are confused about how much Military Experience you have to get for battles you are involved in, just use this tool: tell it everything about the battle and it will tell you how many ME points you will earn for it.
